D&D Encounters on Wednesdays?
« on: January 29, 2010, 04:56:26 pm »
That Wednesday night Encounters format announced at D&D Experience sounds great. Is that something Paladin can fit in? I love the drop-in nature of it.

Wizards says it can be not on Wednesdays, but then we'd miss out on some of the social networking aspect of it. I can live with that if it means we get to play.

I have received the initial information on D&D Encounters from Wizards and have posted the schedule on the event locator on wizards.com I will be posting soon on the websites, forums, facebook etc.

The sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings beginning March 17th!  The first D&D Encounters season takes place in the Forgotten Realms, exploring new areas of the iconic dungeon known as Undermountain. Players can use their own character or can use pre-generated characters provided in-store.
Go on epic adventures in new settings with new monsters every Wednesday. Each week, you will be rewarded Renown Points for accomplishments made both in-game and out-of-game, which earn you exclusive rewards that you can apply to your current and future D&D Encounters characters. D&D Encounters seasons rotate every few months, giving you the opportunity to try a new adventure setting multiple times per year!

I will post more information as we received it.
