The facts were found - but I think the court hasn't ruled on the case is chief, yet.  I didn't read all of the links - so could be very wrong.

"The case is scheduled for trial on January 26, 2010. The case is Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. v. Vintage Sports Cards, Inc. et al."


In any case - looks like UDE could be in some serious PR doo-doo.
